Day Six: Denali National Park & Wasilla
DENALI: Part of a vacation is actually getting to relax. Today, you will be able to sleep in before beginning the day’s activities. After a continental breakfast, enjoy a morning of leisure to visit the National Park headquarters. Films of the Denali region, wildlife and birds are shown daily. Hiking trails from easy to steep, offer all guests the opportunity to enjoy the park in their timing. Finally the new science center peaks the biologist in all of us, to read, learn and discover facts and fiction of this boreal forest. Ranger talks are also available and will offer something for everyone. Just tell your guide where you would like to go.
Or choose to add an additional (optional) activity here. From ATV 4-wheelers to golfing or lake kayaking, Alaska offers high activity at every turn. Your Alaska booking agent can help you choose and let you know any additional rates to add an activity here. Most of our guests however choose to enjoy the shopping, hiking, visitor center or some down time. We purpose to place a restful time here at the half-way point of your journey for your pleasure!

Black Diamond is a Challenging Course with Alaskan Hazards, such as a tundra marsh or the occasional moose hoof print. It’s a relatively short course which makes it accessible and fun for any style of play and the course design makes for a quick round, which can fit into almost any travel schedule. Includes clubs & a cart on 9 holes. See you on the greens!

DENALI ZIPLINE TOUR
Experience life above the trees ziplining just outside of Denali National Park! Your adventure begins with a three mile trail ride through the scenic Alaskan wilderness. After gearing up, certified guides will lead you along 6 sky bridges and 7 thrilling zip lines, including the dual racer finale! The built-in, hands-free braking system allows you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Challenge yourself by traversing to the top of the boreal forest on the uniquely designed Ascending Bridge Tower. Soar through the trees and over the tundra on over half a mile of ziplines. Complete this once in a lifetime experience by racing to the finish zipping along side your friends and family! All safety gear provided – full body harness, helmet, and gloves. Plan on around 3 hours.
- Must be at least 8 years of age.
- Minimum weight is 70 lbs. Maximum weight is 280 lbs.
- Pregnant women or guests with injuries, seizure disorders, back or neck problems, or hearing or vision impairments are not allowed to participate.

Upon your return, there will still be time to clean up and then have some leisure time in Denali National Park on your own. (weather dependent).
WASILLA: Around 2 PM this afternoon, begin your return to Wasilla with an evening dinner stop and an overnight at your Wasilla accommodations.
